In addition, your personal data are obtained from Suomen Asiakastieto Oy’s register, and we can verify the validity of the information you have given to us.
Verification code and Chat Area
Your order verification code is formed by a set of 5 characters generated randomly inside our customer’s application and it is needed by our delivery partner when completing the order delivered to the customer's preferred address. However, during Covid-19 times, our customer may be required to share his/her verification code with our driver through chat messages performed inside customer and delivery partner applications.
Inside the customer application, the chat area is accessible through customer application Orders 'page. Start by clicking on the ongoing order and you will be able to chat with the vendor and the driver. Note that chat messages and verification code are all temporary and valid until the associated order is marked delivered. After the order is delivered, everything inside the chat area will be permanently erased from our servers and will not be accessed once completed.
How will we use your data?
Akezza Trade collects your data so that we can:

Marketing products we believe are into your preferences basket.
